Belly Dance
Explore the dance culture of the Middle East. Discover the
different style of this magical dance - from the desert to
the cabaret, tribal, Saiidi, Khaleegy, Bollywood and more.
Belly dance is a gentle, fun and beautiful fitness
alternative. Gain self-confidence and increase self-esteem.
It tones and conditions the body (especially pelvic floor,
bust, hips and tummy) and improves posture. Gain relief from
stress, back, neck and menstrual pain. Exercise safely pre
and post natally. Enjoy yourself and have lots of fun,
getting in touch with your feminine side. Classes are low
impact and no dance experience is needed.
Bodyquake Dance Fitness
A 45 minute low impact class. This class is ideal for those
who wish to promote flexibility, endurance and rhythm. Dance
your way to fitness with simple and interesting moves and
grooves. 15 minutes of Belly dance, 15 minutes of Latin and
15 minutes of Tribal steps. Includes warm up and warm down.
Get fit and have fun at the same time. Suitable for all ages
and body types. No dance experience needed.

American Tribal Style (ATS) Belly Dance for Beginners
American Tribal Style (ATS) Belly Dance merges a range of dance styles, such as the strong posture and arm movements of the Flamenco, with the influence of the dances of Egypt, North Africa, Turkey and India. It uses a set vocabulary of movements, and dancers learn cues which indicate movement patterns and transitions. Classes are suitable for those with some dance experience, or none at all. Have fun, and improve your flexibility and body confidence.

Tai Chi Chuan

Chuan. As well as being an efficient form of self-defence,
the flowing, gentle movements of Tai Chi provide fantastic
callisthenics for the body. Known as "Moving Meditation" Tai
Chi goes a long way to relief stress on the mind and body and
creates a wonderful feeling of health and well-being.
